The Central Student Advisory Service on the Campus Wolfenbüttel is looking for a*n Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Compensation EC 11 TV-L Scope 29,85 hours/week Duration until 30.06.2028 Start next Location Wolfenbüttel With twelve faculties, about 10,000 students and 1,000 employees, Ostfalia is one of the largest universities in Lower Saxony. In more than 90 courses at the Salzgitter, Suderburg, Wolfsburg and Wolfenbüttel locations, our students are trained in an interdisciplinary manner and individually supervised. We offer our employees versatile tasks and design options as well as a performance-promoting and family-friendly work environment. The student advice supports and informs students about the university's programme. It accompanies on the way to study, advises on admission requirements and application processes and gives insights into the content, structure and perspectives of the individual courses. In addition, the student advice is also available to enrolled students for study questions, orientation questions or the desire for a study course change. In addition to personal advice, the study consultants organize information events at and for schools and represent the university at study and professional trade fairs.

You develop, plan and implement independently and in the team information and consulting services related to studies, both at the university and at schools You connect with internal and external actors to implement information and counselling services You advise students in the choice of studies and decision-making and accompany students, especially in the case of doubts about studies or questions about the exchange of studies You represent the university at events and educational fairs
