to be responsible for the professional leadership of 13 dedicated and motivated employees and to promote the topics in an agile environment together with the disciplinary leadership to ensure the achievement of the objective by efficient planning of maintenance, renewal and extension measures and to set the course for sustainable plant and network operation as a stimulus (m/w/d) responsible for overarching target network and plant strategy planning for the areas of drinking water and waste water and to optimise these continuously with your employees under technical and economic aspects to take over the cost management and the budget controlling for the concession and service segment and to create a demand-oriented reporting for the stakeholders (m/w/d) actively driving our growth path in the technical operations segment and developing the processes together with the company's internal interfaces and our external partners in the future
