Main tasks & leadership Head of department: Control of the cleaning service, waste management and textile supply, together with the respective management team from the agency and foreman:inside Staff management: Leading, prioritizing, training and support of employees:in addition to the team's service planning Further development: Analysis of operations and introduction of improvement measures Information: Regular reporting to the management level on developments, projects, deviations and economic / qualitative effects Areas of focus Cleaning service: technical control, coordination and monitoring of the cleaning service taking into account the applicable Hygiene requirements, quality standards and contractually agreed services Textile supply: Control of the external full-service service provider and interface management Waste management: coordination of disposal, monitoring of all detection documents and coordination with the Disposal companies Overarching process optimization Analyses: Optimization of responsible processes in terms of quality, cost-effectiveness, efficiency and compliance Sustainability: Participation in a clean, efficient, economic and sustainable appearance of the company inside and outside Advertising management: sustainable clarification of complaints with internal departments and external service providers
