Head of Services at the Hospital (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for the strategic, economic and operational management of the Services division including budget, cost and earnings responsibility Design and continuous development of a service-oriented and economic service portfolio that best supports the needs of patients and employees Construction, analysis and optimization of organizational structures, processes and processes under quality and economic aspects in close cooperation with the various departments Active interface management between medicine, care, administration and external service providers to ensure smooth processes and clear responsibilities Quality, performance and contract management: definition of service levels, control of external service providers and negotiation and monitoring of service and supply contracts Strategic further development of the private patient service including conception and implementation of service-oriented offers Management, management and further development of employees in the area of responsibility including personnel planning, operational control and competence development General responsibility for the service areas Reception / patient information, private patient service, catering / food supply as well as event, space and parking management

Completed studies or comparable qualification with an economic focus (e.g. BWL, Health Management, Hospitality Management) or relevant professional experience in senior management Experience in the organisation, control or development of services, ideally in a complex organizational environment Ability to strategically think, control structured and effectively implement services Embossed service and customer orientation combined with entrepreneurial thinking and sense of responsibility Structured, analytical methods and decision-making and implementation skills Communication strength, leadership skills and joy in developing and taking employees High interest in a meaningful activity in a non-profit institution
