With 1,400 employees, our Städtische Klinikum with its subsidiaries, the MVZ Klinikum Wolfenbüttel gGmbH and the nursing services at the Wolfenbüttel gGmbH Clinic, one of the largest employers in the Wolfenbüttel district, is one of the largest employers in the Wolfenbüttel district. As an academic teaching hospital of the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen, we form our medical and professional care school for our young nursing staff. Every year in September, 50 people of different ages and origin start a new period of life with training for nursing specialists. With the move to the new building in August 2024, our professional school is equipped according to the latest standards and offers students an ideal place for learning during their training. The 17-member team of the Nursing Vocational School (12 Pflegpädagog*innen, 1 Teacher, 2 Practical Directors, 2 Secretaries) has to occupy two positions at the next possible time. As a teacher:in our vocational school care, you design the theoretical and practical lessons for our apprentices independently and have great pleasure in preparing them for the profession of the nursing professional / nursing professional. You support and accompany the learning processes of the trainees as part of a course management over the entire period of training. You are actively involved in the conception of practical references and carry out these conscientiously. You participate in the planning and implementation of audits according to the requirements of the nursing profession law and the associated training and examination regulations. The internal curriculum is your motivation and you will also be able to continue its development.

You have a completed training in health care and nursing in conjunction with a completed university degree at master level with an educational focus. You have a high sense of responsibility in relation to the conscientious training of the students: you have a desire to actively participate in the team of the professional school, thanks to your strong personal commitment. You are open to new developments and can therefore flexibly implement new requirements and regulations at any time. You implement change processes in a structured manner and shape them future-oriented. You are strong in communication and facing and quickly find access to people of different ages and cultural backgrounds. You have knowledge and experience with modern media and teaching methods and thereby create a varied teaching.
