The Department of Architecture at Klinikum Lippe (Location Detmold) is looking for a new team management (m/w/d) as of 01.10.2026 The Klinikum Lippe GmbH is part of the University Hospital Ostwestfalen-Lippe of Bielefeld University. Three locations, around 30 clinics and competence centres, almost every medical field. The architectural department is responsible for the development and infrastructural design of the clinic and accompanies central projects of hospital development – from strategic planning to new and rebuilding measures to the modernization of existing functional areas. The department is working closely with the technical fields, medical departments and external planning and engineering offices. Strategic direction: Responsibility for the entire architectural department as well as the further development of our clinic location. Project control: Planning and implementation of refurbishment, rebuilding and new construction measures in operation. Approval planning: Ensuring the legal implementation of all construction projects in compliance with the BauO NRW. Budget & Dates: Responsibility for cost control, appointment and quality assurance. Interface management: Close cooperation with management, external planning offices and authorities.

Your profile Qualification: Complete study of architecture (Master/Diplom). Building template permission: mandatory according to § 70 BauO NRW (entry into the architectural chamber). Professional experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in planning and construction management, ideally in the field of healthcare. Leadership competence: First experience in team management or project management is explicitly desired. Know-how: Funded knowledge in building and procurement law (VOB, HOAI).

Remuneration takes place according to TVöD/VKA with all other services of the public service. Highly disabled applicants are preferably taken into account with the same suitability and competence.
