We are looking for you as a foreman (m/w/d) in civil engineering to strengthen our team!

Professional leadership and motivation of employees and entrepreneurs Organisation and coordination of a smooth, timely and quality-compliant workflow Contact person for construction management, team and external participants for all questions on the construction site Ensuring material, equipment and machine availability Implementation of planning documents into practical execution Implementation of quality tests and the initiation of improvements Monitoring and documentation of occupational safety, environmental and health legislation Active cooperation in complex or particularly important work Support in the establishment and organisation of construction sites Compilation of documentation such as the progress of construction/construction journal Manual work like natural stone pavement and plate laying Operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment, including maintenance documentation

Graduated training in the building industry (e.g. civil engineering, road construction (m/w/d)) Multiannual professional experience in civil engineering, ideally in a leading function Ability to motivate and coordinate a team Good knowledge of construction site organisation and safety (RSA21) Driving class B (class BE or C1E of advantage) readiness to travel within the region Good knowledge of German in word and writing
