The entire Health & Safety division within Mercedes-Benz AG aims to support the maintenance of the health and performance of the workforce. The cross-site and business field area bundles the working areas of occupational medicine, occupational health, occupational health promotion, ergonomics, health management policy and social consulting under one roof. In total, over 12,000 employees are supervised by occupational medicine at the Bremen site. These are divided into workers from classic industrial sectors of the metal industry and employees from a variety of administrative areas. A wide range of tasks awaits you, from emergency medicine to occupational health care and advice from employees to all health topics, to innovative prevention offers for our employees. Your tasks: You conduct occupational health precautions and check-up investigations by You examine and advise employees with work problems and long-term diseases You create skill profiles You support in operational integration management You advise executives and function providers You provide medical staff in accidents and acute diseases You occupy the in-house ambulance You carry out safety and risk assessments in cooperation with the occupational safety You work with ergonomic improvements and further development of occupational health promotion You also work with the design of jobs and the creation of individual suitability profiles There is a great team and a pleasant working atmosphere.
