Deescalation: You recognize crises before You arise and apply learned deescalation techniques (Radar and CFB) safely. Documentation & Planning: Creation of funding plans and sound documentation of behavioral analyses.

Qualification: A completed training as a curative nurse (m/w/d), educator (m/w/d) or a study of social work/healing education. Keep your head cool even in heated situations and have a high frustration tolerance. Reflectivity: You are ready to regularly question their own actions and dynamics in the team. Mut & Empathie: You are not afraid of conflicts, but never lose the esteeming view of people.
