Mechanical engineer, physicist, electrical engineer as patent attorney candidate (m/f/d)

During your training as a German and European patent attorney, you will get an extensive insight into all aspects of industrial legal protection. In addition, you support our patent attorneys in advising clients, creating patent applications in consultation with inventors and formulating opinions on the prospects for success of patent applications based on research reports and examination decisions. You cooperate with oral negotiations and assist in opposition and appeal proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office and the European Patent Office.

You have a very good university degree as well as, if necessary, a doctorate in the field of physics, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering. In addition, you are characterized by good analytical skills, abstraction and argumentation, as well as an independent and dedicated working style. Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
