You identify and evaluate suitable suppliers as well as their offers to secure the best options for our company. The preparation and implementation of tenders, the negotiation of conditions and the creation of orders and framework contracts within the product groups to be supervised are also part of your responsibility. You plan, develop and implement your own purchasing strategies to sustainably optimize procurement costs and processes. In addition, you support the areas you need to identify their needs and help them with advice. You carry out data collections and evaluations and start process, market, and product analyses to make informed decisions. The assessment of suppliers as well as the establishment and maintenance of strategic supplier relationships are also part of your tasks. In addition, you contribute to the further development of supplier relationships by developing and optimizing related procurement processes.

You have a completed commercial study or a commercial training. You also have at least three years of professional experience and knowledge in the field of procurement. You have user knowledge in SAP and feel safe when handling Google Workspace applications. Your strengths include your ability to negotiate, strong communication skills as well as your analytic thinking and your structured working. You are solution-oriented and like to solve complex procurement requirements in the course of projects.
