Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Self-employed coordination, preparation and follow-up of appointments
• Support and support of project assistance
• Initial support for new construction sites and selection of possible project assistance
• Implement project assistance on site at construction sites
• Organisation of accommodation and business trips by staff
• Specify orders and check invoices
• Backoffice Support of construction sites/projects

Your qualifications:

Our expectations for you

• Successfully completed commercial training and/or multi-year professional experience in the field of secretariat or team assistance
• Experience in the construction site environment desirable
• High communication capability and service orientation
• Organizational talent with independent and reliable operation
• Hands-on mentality, initiative & motivation
• Very good MS Office and good SAP knowledge
• Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
