Service Engineer (m/w/d)

From the Home Office, as a team member, you serve our customers and are the first contact person for all technical questions concerning our elementary analyzers (cubes) and isotopes mass spectrometers In the case of new installations, you will directly involve our customers and inform them professionally in the use of their new laboratory equipment. Also in training courses on our products share your know-how In addition to regular maintenance and out-plan repairs, you are always a dedicated service partner for our customers as well as the connection to sales and application For example, you support sales activities by providing advice on the use of our measuring systems

As a service engineer you have a completed scientific or electrotechnical study or a study in the field of medical technology. Alternatively, you have either a completed chemical-pharmaceutical or electrotechnical training with further training to the state-tested technician or have a relevant experience in dealing with elementary analyzers. You know to use your communication strength safely and think and always act service/customer oriented. With an eye for quality, you work responsibly and approach tasks and challenges in a structured manner. You will be happy to travel by car in your region, less frequently in the DACH area and willing to get to know exciting places and applications of our analysis equipment. Your profile is rounded off by very good German and good English skills.
