Software Developer Data Migration (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You are responsible for the successful design and implementation of complex migrations for our health and safety insurance customers
• You are responsible for the further development of our msg.Migration Factory – our complete data migration solution for the insurance industry; These include the migration strategy, migration programs and migration tools
• You analyze complex insurance technology data from our customers using modern data analytics methods
• You are also responsible for building and managing migration infrastructure including scripts, databases and migration tools
• You guide customer workshops and actively contribute your expertise

Your qualification

• A successfully completed training or study in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification
• Found experience in software development, ideally in an insurance company or software house
• Very good knowledge about object-oriented programming languages (e.g. C++) and relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL
• Extensive experience in handling large amounts of data
• Structured, analytical and self-responsibility work; readiness and flexibility, a high degree of communication capability; good knowledge of German and English
