Project Manager, Building Services Engineering—Ventilation and Refrigeration Systems (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the holistic management and control of projects in spatial air technology – from initial design in the planning team to successful commissioning with the customer. You take full budget, personnel and resource planning and motivate your project team to succeed. As a central contact person, you are pleading for close communication with customers and, in coordination with the commercial department, tax the cooperation with subcontractors. You ensure compliance with technical quality standards and act as an expert on relevant regulations such as DIN/VDI and VOB. You identify proactive project risks, develop solution strategies and ensure seamless project documentation with tools like Microsoft Office.

You have a degree (e.g. Dipl. Engineer, Bachelor, Master) in Supply Technology or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you bring several years of professional experience in the structures ventilation and cold as well as first experience in the management of employees. You know well with the relevant technical standards (DIN/VDI) and legal principles (VOB). When dealing with MS Office you are safe and have a class B driving licence. Your work is independent and structured, paired with a strong customer and team orientation. You speak German fluently to ensure smooth communication in the team and with customers.
