Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

The Vivantes Auguste-Viktoria-Klinikum (AVK) - a teaching hospital of the Charité - is a focus provider with 12 departments and institutes and operates 630 beds. <br>br>The range of vascular surgery clinics currently includes all open vascular surgery and endovascular operations that can be carried out without the use of a heart-lung machine. Modern diagnostic methods (FKDS, CT, MRT, CO2 angiography) are available in the clinic. Together, vascular surgery, cardiology, neurology and interventional radiology work together in the vascular centre AVK. In cooperation, a certified vascular centre was founded in 2023.

We wish

Specialist in vascular surgery or specialist in surgery with subspecies vascular surgery • Multiannual experience in vascular surgery and an appropriate surgical catalog • Ideally, sonographic knowledge • A high level of social competence, communication strength and sensitivity in dealing with patients/patients, relatives and employees

Your duties

Surgical activity in the clinic for vascular surgery • Structure and extension of the vascular surgery • Operational activity • Keeping of a vascular response • Collaborative support of other departments in the context of the conciliation process • Enge and trusting cooperation with interventional radiology • Supervision and training of doctors in further education • Participation in the clinic's standby services • Conducting open and endovascular procedures
