You actively build customer relationships and develop them sustainably

You identify the right contacts, identify customer needs and provide relevant information for our field service

You accompany the order processing from A to Z and ensure smooth processing

You're puggling and qualifying leads in our CRM system and keeps all customer activities in mind

You work closely with our Area Sales Managers and internal departments and support them in daily business

A completed commercial training or a comparable qualification

Experience in customer contact and a good sense of what our customers need

Joy in digital processes and routine in handling ERP systems

Very good knowledge of current MS Office applications

A clear, friendly and binding communication – both personally and in writing

Good knowledge of English is advantageous

A structured, reliable and solution-oriented operation
