Contact person: You are contact person for the market areas of our Sparkasse on questions from the securities business. Control: Control of the assigned service providers (plus dwpbank, WLN and DSGF), e.g. risk determinations, contract management, regular evaluation of outsourcing, release processing, application responsibility Responsibility You have the responsibility for optimizing processes and control operations in the securities business = maintenance of the corporate manual (PPS_neo processes & guidelines), protection requirements, updating of emergency concepts (BCM), documentation in RiMaGo Tasks: You process OSPlus release assets to the securities business (dwpbank, Deka, Personal Data (WpHG), assignment of the associated OSPlus administration and communication of the content into the market areas of our savings bank. You're asking the form and mandatory publications from the securities business (MiFID brochure, conflict of interest policy, action directory, sustainability policy, basic information, etc.) You participate in the preparation of external audits (subject database of the SVN, provision of individual case documents, etc.). You work on cross-departmental projects.

Support: You support department management in documentation and secretariat tasks (protocols, decision templates, response to revision reports, etc.)

Qualification: You have completed bank training, ideally with a training course for the (sparkassen) business operator or comparable training. Experience: You have technical foundations in the securities business and are interested in implementing the associated regulatory requirements for our savings bank. You have good knowledge of OSPlus and possibly also in the securities applications of dwpbank and Deka. Knowledge of MicrosoftExcel is also desirable. Motivation: You are open to innovations and willingness to actively initiate changes in work processes and control processes. You are interested in training and motivated to work on existing or new topics.
