Manager Project Management - Finance (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for the PMO and tax cross-functional (international) programs and projects focusing on finance and accounting. You are responsible for implementing and developing project management standards as well as for risk and quality management. As a leader, you guide a team of experts, promote their further development and create a powerful, agile project culture. In addition, you work closely with international stakeholders, clients and interdisciplinary teams and promote strategic initiatives. Your expertise in process management (SAP FI, CO, PS, SD, MM) as well as BPMN 2.0 and Confluence will help you optimize and digitize business processes.

Completed study of economics or a comparable degree programme Multiannual expertise in project management as well as very well-founded knowledge in handling the common ERP systems, ideally in the accounting and controlling environment First HGB and IFRS knowledge Very good analytical skills as well as a quick understanding and organizational talent Ideally knowledge of the common solutions and tools in process management (including BPM solutions, process mining, workflow solutions, low-coding solutions, such as SAP Signavio, SAP Build, Bizagi or Microsoft Power Platform) and data analysis A sovereign appearance, communication strength, reliable knowledge of German and readiness to travel within a small framework
