A production employee (m/w/d) is looking for a challenging and varied activity in the field of metal production. This job offers the opportunity to become part of a dynamic team that focuses on precision, care and teamwork. As a production employee, you take on various tasks relating to the processing and production of high-quality metal products and contribute significantly to achieving the production targets.

• Operation and monitoring of production machines and plants
• Implementation of quality controls during the production process
• Implementation of specific production instructions and technical specifications
• Ensuring a smooth production process
• Implementation of general activities in the production environment
• Compliance with strict safety guidelines and standards

We are looking for

• Professional experience in production, ideally in the metal sector (min. 3-5 years)
• Technical understanding and ability to work quickly into production processes
• Teamability and readiness for flexible work in layer systems
• Knowledge of the handling of machinery and equipment
• Reliability, punctuality and commitment
• Handicraft skill and attention to details
