Be part of our team and support sales with your expertise and direct support. Your focus is on the further development and optimization of training formats and accompanying measures to make the sales unit even more successful. Your tasks Sales training: You are implementing sales training with the aim of continuously developing the team and increasing individual performance. You develop your target group with the implementation of individual development measures such as coaching, hearing/shadowing.

Product training: You are the interface between the product organization and the sales team and responsible for training on new products and for updating existing products. You ensure that the sales team always has current product knowledge and supports the integration of this knowledge into the sales process.

E-learning: You are responsible for the further development of existing e-learning content and the development of new formats to ensure continuous further training in sales. This is done more than project work.

Exchange of knowledge in the daily business: You regularly interact with the sales team and actively support the knowledge transfer. The focus is not on classic classroom training, but on the integration of learning content into the everyday working day of the sales team.

Long-term, successful sales experience in a modern, dynamic sales environment as well as sound knowledge and skills in consulting sales

First experiences as trainer*in sales and in the design of training formats, especially e-learning

High self-motivation and a strong interest in the further development of learning methods

Remarkable: Experience in project work, especially in connection with the introduction and support of new products and processes

desirable: Didactic understanding of the creation and further development of learning units; optimal system coaching training

Remarkable: Sovereign appearance as well as very good communication, presentation and moderation capabilities
