Efficient organization of the AEMP according to qualitative and economic requirements including documentation and monitoring of process processes Planning, control and monitoring of treatment processes for medical devices in compliance with applicable laws, standards and guidelines Ensure efficient and fault-free treatment of medical devices Advice, analysis and monitoring of the maintenance of medical devices Accompanying Siebre Organisations Participation in questions of structural, conceptual requirements for AEMP plants personnel management and development as well as efficient personnel deployment planning Ensuring operational quality standards and hygiene measures

Successfully completed training on the specialist for medical device preparation or a successful qualification for the sterilization assistant (m/w/d) with a specialist course I, II according to the guidelines of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Sterilgutversorgung (DGSV©) First management experiences as shift management, team management are desirable High technical, methodological and social competence Being responsible, initiative and organisational capacity High commitment, strong communication skills and cooperative working
