Your tasks: -- Personal assistance of the managing director and owner -- Management of existing and future investments -- Contact and database maintenance -- Support in contract management -- Deposition of project documents -- cooperation with sales partners and with the caring house management in the real estate sector -- Close cooperation with executive construction companies and architects

Your profile: -- Successfully completed commercial training (ideally in banking or real estate) or another comparable qualification -- Professional experience at the developer of advantage or from the real estate industry -- German language skills and good English skills -- Binding and professional appearance with high service orientation -- Discretion and reliability as well as sales affinity -- Target-oriented operation as well as pronounced communication and team skills -- Good MS Office knowledge
