The MB.OS (Mercedes-Benz Operating System) operating system plays a crucial role and is continuously being developed to strengthen the company's future. As a working student in the RD/EDB (Drive Systems Software Baselayer) department, Team MB.OS Software Development & Toolchain supports the development of different generations of drive control devices. You actively participate in the design of tools for software development and perform responsible tasks. These challenges include: Testing a desktop and web application developed with Python and Next.js Preparation and maintenance of test automation, UI tests and unit tests Support of the project team in testing and error analysis First-level support (mistake, reproducibility and problem solutions) The activity can begin from March 2026.

Current studies in the field of media informatics, computer science or comparable technical First experience in testing web applications Safe handling of Git Knowledge of Test Automation and Unit Testing Communication strength and service-oriented appearance for support activities Interest in the automotive industry and the development of software solutions in the automotive sector Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Commitment and team skills Analytical thinking and strategic working Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate with an indication of the semester and proof of the regular study period.
