AI Governance Adoption Specialist (m/f/d)

You are a central driving force for AI governance to actually work in everyday work. Your focus is on empowering employees and departments to implement AI and agent applications independently, efficiently and in a regular manner. In doing so, you create transparency, orientation and practical support – and make sure that governance is not perceived as a hurdle, but as an enabler. In close cooperation with governance, platform and specialist experts, you actively shape and develop the operational implementation of the AI governance. Your tasks include: Active support of employees in the application of AI governance in working life and support in the responsible and user-oriented use of AI Central point of contact for operational issues, including structured inclusion, clarification and forwarding to the relevant governance units Structure and maintenance of documentation as well as continuous expansion of self-service offers for the organization Continuous improvement and – where appropriate – automation of operational governance processes Translation of complex AI and governance concepts into understandable, practical guidelines and usage aids Conception, creation and implementation of targeted presentations and trainings on the strength of AI competence at different levels of organization Development of understandable learning materials for the practical application of AI governance in various fields Completion of the disciplines for independent and regulatory implementation of AI and agent applications

have a successfully completed study of (economic) informatics, business management or a comparable qualification or Training in IT brings well-founded professional experience in the field of IT governance, compliance or in the monitoring of operational processes was able to gather first contact points with the topics Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI or Agent applications have experience in creating documentation and building self-service offers draws you through a structured way of working and the ability to capture and channel complex enquiries has a strong communication strength for the communication of governance requirements to the departments, speaks fluent German and can communicate well in English in word and writing in cooperation with different hierarchical levels and specialist functions have the pleasure of advancing new topics independently, continuously improving and making them more efficient
