Head of Central Competencies (m/f/d)

In this position you are responsible for the department's professional and disciplinary leadership. Your focus is to guide and motivate the managers and employees who are assigned to you by offering feedback and targeted support. You develop your employees and executives, identify training needs and agree on training. You are critically involved in deriving the departmental objectives from the corporate goals and ensuring that You are effectively implemented and controlled. As part of the customer journey management, you align the organization customer-oriented and ensure that our processes and communication are further developed along customer needs. Responsible in your function You also manage knowledge and requirements and take the responsibility to ensure that all relevant information and standards are structured and perfectly available to employees. Through your team, you bring expertise into the further development of processes and systems. In your responsibility for the measuring system, you have a look at the rollout of the modern and intelligent measuring devices, coordinate the meter assignments and are responsible for the operation of the meter test point. As a manager, you are especially responsible for coordinating and organizing these tasks and processes. You also take budget and cost planning for your organization unit. You act as an interface for the professional exchange and coordination of team- and organizational tasks and processes. In cultural development and change management, e.g. in the co-design of a competitive working environment, your cooperation is in demand.

You have successfully completed your studies (Diplom/Master), preferably in the field of energy or electrical engineering. Customer orientation is not a foreign word for you, but the view through the 'customer glasses' is a matter of course. The satisfaction of our customers is your motivation and is your first priority. Ideally, you will bring comprehensive knowledge and experience in the customer service of larger organizational units. You are characterized by a strong and sovereign communication and fair and solution-oriented cooperation with internal and external partners. Through your safe and competent appearance and your sense of customer and market needs, you build reliable and sustainable relationships with our customers, partners, industry associations and bodies. You have experience in the management of complex projects and are characterized by strategic and entrepreneurial thinking. Networking, even beyond your own corporate boundaries, is in your blood. You take the initiative and actively promote your themes without losing sight of the essentials. The use of modern methods as well as extensive knowledge of standard PC applications are obvious to you.
