Comprehensive independent legal advice for the Hausspitze as well as the specialist areas focusing on procurement, IT, software and contract law Examination and answering legal questions, in particular in contract, procurement and IT law Quality Assurance in (IT) procurement procedures Self-preparation, legal support and implementation of pan-European procurement procedures in the IT environment according to the relevant legislation, in particular in the case of complex procurement procedures and negotiation procedures with participation competition Compilation of legal opinions Representation of BITBW in award-chamber procedures/testing bodies Creation and testing of award documents up to the award maturity Legal support for performance descriptions, contract design, contract negotiations and contract processing, in particular in the field of EVB-IT contracts updating, modification and standardisation of procurement and contract documents, in particular based on EVB-IT Initiation of measures to increase legal compliance and adapt procedures to organisational and regulatory changes Coordination of cooperation with external law firms

Competence to the Judges' Office, both audits with at least 6.5 points (satisfactory) Multiannual relevant professional experience in procurement law, ideally in a contract or in a legal department of a contracting authority Proofs of regular continuing and continuing training ideally with additional qualification, e.g. specialist lawyer in the procurement law, are of advantage Funded knowledge of procurement law in conjunction with contract and IT law Practical experience in the independent implementation of complex procurement procedures by VgV Self-employed, structured and analytical methods High level of enforcement and resilience, negotiation skills Communication strength and safe, sovereign occurrence Ability to systematically analyze complex legal issues Teamability, sense of responsibility and analytical thinking skills complete your profile
