The “Bonner Zentrum für Ambulante Rehabilitation” (BZfAR) is an outpatient rehabilitation facility that rehabilitates patients after surgical interventions and with orthopaedic diseases on an outpatient basis and carries out individual treatments that are close to illness or physiotherapeutic. In our centre on the edge of Bonn, we have innovative robotics as well as AI-supported therapy equipment, a generous outdoor system and a private moving bath. You support our planning office by creating individual therapy plans for our patients, while keeping an economic resource planning in mind You are the first contact person for our patients: whether in case of questions about the rehab course or the processing of emails and calls that our digital telephone assistant “Kurt” accepts - In addition, you coordinate cure and aftercare appointments You accompany our patients: from the first rehabilitation period to the release and support the organisation of downstream services, making you an important contribution to their sustainable treatment success You make sure that all services provided are billed correctly, which is a crucial aspect for our liquidity You take responsibility for exciting projects, such as in the field of digitalization, and actively contribute your ideas to continuously improve our processes
