Contact person and consultant for the clinic area for all QM-relevant questions Implementation of quality assurance measures Planning, implementation and evaluation of internal audits Preparing and accompanying certifications Communication and networking with interfaces inside and outside the clinic Implementation of projects Monitoring consolidated QM measures and their implementation and reviewing compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and the pursuit of strategic objectives Care and development of our QM manual Development and implementation of QM-relevant processes, instruments and methods

Ideally an academic degree in medicine, care management or business management Multiannual professional experience in the acute hospital, preferably in quality and risk management A QM training/technical training as well as sound knowledge of relevant standards and legal bases are desirable Very good understanding of procedures and processes of clinical everyday life Safe handling of EDV, especially with popular MS Office applications Self-employed, structured and responsible work Very good communication skills, moderation experience as well as high team and cooperation capability Detection of complete macern vaccination or measles immunity under Infection Protection Act
