Commercial Management MVZ (m/f/d)

As a commercial management of the MVZ, you assume the overall operational and strategic responsibility for the commercial operation of the integrated MVZ. You are the first contact person for the management as well as for the medical lines of the individual locations and actively shape the interface between the outpatient and stationary supply areas. Total responsibility for the economic control of all MVZ units incl. Annual and Economic Planning, Budgeting and Under Year Controlling Participation in the preparation and analysis of business reporting in relation to NSK management and supervisory board Monitoring and optimization of KV accounting (EBM/GOÄ) in close coordination with the accounting team Liquidity management, receivable management and cost control across all locations Preparation and monitoring of annual accounts in cooperation with auditors and tax advisors Analysis, conception and implementation of efficient execution and setup organisations for all MVZ locations Development and introduction of standardized administrative and practical management processes and quality assurance instruments Control and development of digital infrastructure and practice management systems (PVS) with regard to efficiency, data protection (KDG-DVO) and interoperability with the hospital system Identification of optimization potentials at the interface ambulant/stationary as well as development of concepts for cross-sector process integration Support of growth projects (e.g. field expansions, KV seat transactions, etc.) Disciplinary and professional management responsibility for the administrative staff of the MVZ (MFA, reception, administration) Participation in the collection, binding and development of medical personnel in coordination with personnel management and medical services Promoting an appreciation, performance-oriented corporate culture

completed studies of business management, health economics, hospital management or a comparable discipline; as an alternative to relevant commercial qualification with substantial further education in the health sector (e.g. specialist (m/w/d) in health and social affairs) Multiannual professional and leadership experience in a commercial management function in outpatient or stationary healthcare – ideally in the MVZ context, in a hospital department or a medical facility with comparable complexity Funded knowledge in contract medical law, in particular on MVZ approval, KV accounting (EBM), special requirements approvals and medical need planning (SGB V) safe handling of controls, cost accounting and business reporting instruments; Experience with popular PVS systems and ideally KIS interfaces Embossed analytical thinking combined with a clear sense of pragmatism and implementation strength High leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop heterogeneous teams from medical and administrative professionals Sovereign communication and negotiation skills in dealing with medical lines, management, cost centers and external partners Structured and self-responsive operation with high solution orientation also in dynamic, complex situations Efficiency, determination and willingness to take responsibility and actively shape change processes Identification with the Christian mission and the values of a confessional healthcare provider and willingness to make them visible in everyday work
