SAP Project Manager Logistics & Accounting (m/f/d)

End-to-end management for complex SAP projects (introduction, rollouts, releases, transformations) Structure, planning and prioritization according to SAP Activate Control of all phases of the project: Discover – Prepare – Explore – Realize – Deploy – Run Leadership and coordination of internal departments and external implementation partners Ensuring budget, resources, schedule and quality Transparent communication towards Steering Committee and Management Assessment of risks including the development of effective countermeasures Operational support in logistics and accounting processes (solution design, fit-gap, process optimization) Ensuring governance, compliance and documentation standards Development of our project methodology, templates and best practices

Multiannual experience in SAP project management – ideally with major transformation or introduction projects Very good knowledge of SAP-Activate-Methodology (Certification of Advantage) Experience in controlling mixed teams (internal/external), incl. near/offshore and international project structures Know-how in classic and agile project management approaches Communication strength at all levels – operational and strategic High self-organization, analytical strength and a clear focus on results Moderation and conflict resolution competence that creates trust flowing German and good English knowledge in word and writing
