In the area of HR Services & Processing, the Time Management team forms the interface between personnel and specialist areas related to the digital recording of working time. It consists of three ambitious colleagues who are always interlocking. Many speak of “Homeoffice” – we of “hybrid or mobile work”: You can work remotely up to 50% of your monthly working hours. Our teams, together with their leadership, decide how to balance out local time and mobile work.

You will become part of the Time Management team and actively support us in all tasks related to time management. You are available to the HR department, the timer in the departments as well as our executives as contact person* in questions about time recording and time data processing. You control and edit error lists and tickets that occur in the digital time recording. You organize training courses for the timer and prepare training documents. You create evaluations and presentations for different purposes. In addition, the management of the digital cash register is in your hands. Must-have: You are a registered studentin and can support us at least 1 year for 15 to 18 h a week from now on (latest but from 01.10.2026). You bring analytical thinking and a very good understanding of numbers. You work independently, structured and precise. You have good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and basic Excel skills. Readiness to learn and a quick understanding round off your profile. You are open to employing you more with AI tools and using them for your work. Your language level: German C2 (approximately native) and English A1 (beginnerin). Nice-to-have: Ideally, you have already worked with SAP HCM. You have already gained first practical experience in HR in the form of internships or the like.
