completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering with a focus on construction technology or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the management of demanding construction projects, ideally in steel bridge construction, steel composite bridge construction or structural engineering knowledge of costing, construction contracting, follow-up management, time and cost management  First leadership experience or the clear next career step from a successful project management function with meaningful project references  Secure handling of current calculation and settlement programs, ideally iTWO, as well as Microsoft Office  German language skills Entrepreneurial thinking, decision-making, negotiation skills and a sovereign occurrence Leadership at eye level: clear in the matter, humane in handling and reliable in cooperation  readiness to travel within Germany
