As a central contact person for occupational safety, you are proactively advising and supporting professionals and managers at our site. You carry out risk assessments as well as risk analyses (e.g. according to EBIOS), derive effective protection measures and investigate accidents at work. You continuously develop our HSE standards and ensure compliance with all legal requirements by implementing new policies and procedures. You design and guide training as well as instruction to strengthen awareness of occupational safety and health throughout the company. You have a completed technical study, e.g. in mechanical engineering or production engineering, or a technical training with further training to the technician/master (m/w/d) You have an additional qualification as a specialist for occupational safety, e.g. FaSi, SiFa, safety engineer:in You bring multi-year experience in HSE, ideally in industry You know the German Industrial and Environmental Legislation, in particular the German Federal Immission Protection Act (BImSchG), which is advantageous You have experience in audits, inspections and risk assessments and draw your attention through analytical thinking, problem-solving and self-initiative You speak German at least on B2 level and English at least on C1 level and go around safely with MS Office and IT tools for HSE administration and management
