Support and maintenance of internal and external customer relationships for a long-term partnership Active new customer acquisition Consulting and sales of our building materials (asphalt) taking into account the individual customer needs Implementation of tendering and negotiation Head of a small sales team coordination with the technical field management, plant management of production sites and quality assurance (interface function) Making market overviews Optimization of sales processes Creation of the annual sales plan and responsibility for the implementation and achievement of objectives in sales

Successfully completed commercial vocational training (less with additional qualification) or comparable qualification You have a good understanding of producing companies and have a passion for sales Ideally, you have several years of experience in the field of sales in the building materials industry Sales skill and persuasiveness High customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinking Good MS Office knowledge A high degree of initiative and self-motivation Self-employed, committed and efficient operation Team skills and a technical understanding complete your profile
