You sell sustainable premium products and offer the best service. You are active in the selection of products and all looks. As a host:in you can offer your customers the best shopping experience and win them for the Marc O'Polo MEMBERS program. You keep your sales targets in mind – with your sales talent you contribute to reaching them. You are responsible for designing the sales areas and the shop windows according to the visual mechanism guidelines. You plan the structured product placement and the implementation of the seasonal design concepts. You work independently with the cash register system, RFID and our CRM software.

As a real sales talent with enthusiasm for fashion, you always know the latest trends and know what your customers need. You bring basic knowledge about fit and co. as well as expertise in the visual mechandise area. You are open, you like to go to people and have a positive radiance. You're a real team player, your colleague: you can always rely on yourself. Weekend work (from Saturdays) fits your lifestyle. You love communicating – at best you also have good English skills.
