Order processing - You are responsible for the reliable processing of orders and requests from our customers: Service processing - You take the receipt of returns and repair orders Logistics Organisation - You take care of the handling of commissions and the organization of deliveries Customer retention - You are responsible for managing and issuing customer cards Checkout & Commodity Edition - You will safely process cashier operations and take over the structured delivery of goods Administration - You take over general office tasks and deal with organisational issues

You bring experience with modern cash systems and basic IT skills High level of service orientation and reliability Team spirit, friendliness and fun in dealing with people Structured and ordered mode of operation, even with high customer volumes
