Real Estate Manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) for real estate Location: Bremen Working time: Full time The OPATZ Group is a medium-sized family-owned company specialising in the development and acquisition of residential and commercial properties for long-term property. With our many years of experience and a broad network in the real estate industry, we set standards in quality, service and innovation. Our headquarters is in Bremen, in addition we are active in the entire North German region.

You take over the commercial and technical property support for our residential and commercial properties. Real estate management: For efficient management, you work hand in hand with our stock rental and accounting department and provide a good flow of information for optimal work processes. Customer support / tenant communication: You are the first contact for our tenants in questions about the property in question and take care of your concerns. That's how you make a decisive contribution to making them feel comfortable in our real estate. Object visits: For the purpose of maintaining value, you regularly visit our properties to check the condition of the real estate and initiate any repair or maintenance measures. Organization and supervision: Together with the in-house building technology, you coordinate maintenance and renovation work and you take care of the handling of damages. Finally, you balance the invoices of craftsmen and service providers with the services provided.

Completed commercial training, e.g. to the real estate businessman (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), a real estate study or a qualification with corresponding training in the real estate sector Multiannual professional experience as home administrator, property manager, property manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or in a comparable position in real estate management or asset management Knowledge of rental law and operating costs Good application knowledge in MS Office Solution-oriented communication and sovereign occurrence Own-sponsored and structured operation Even in the case of high workloads, you are flexible to meet the daily requirements and remain resilient
