For our location Gera in the field of Mechanical manufacturing we are looking for a CNC machine operator machining center (m/w/d).

These are your tasks with us:

• Installation, operation and implementation of simple program changes in CNC machining centres in multi-machine operation
• Defining and tuning the production order using existing production orders taking into account the setup times and selection and preparation of required tools, clamping devices and testing devices
• Measurement and fine adjustment of tools as well as retraction and measurement of workpiece zero points
• Verification of the accuracy of measurement, completeness and quality of the workpieces (including first part testing and geometry measurement) and documentation of the results on the production orders
• performance of maintenance and cleaning work, elimination of faults (optionally with maintenance support), analysis of causes in defective parts and elimination of malfunctions after collisions
• Deburring the produced workpieces
