You take on the technical responsibility for the planning, control and successful implementation of the security systems in demanding large-scale projects and data centers. You are responsible for costs, appointments, quality and performance within the security technology department and control the systems intrusion systems, fire alarm systems, access control systems and video surveillance systems. You run internal project teams as well as external contractors and suppliers and coordinate the technical interfaces to network technology, IT infrastructure, TGA, electrical and other trades. You create and update scheduling, resource and capacity planning and ensure compliance with technical, contractual and normative requirements. You check and release technical concepts, planning documents and execution documentation and agree closely with customers, general contractors, specialist planners and authorities. You are responsible for technical change and follow-up management and support the overall project manager in risk analysis, forecasts and project management. You are organising and accompanying works, functional testing, integration testing and commissioning and ensure a smooth project development. You will ensure a complete, standardised project documentation as well as a successful handover to the operator.
You have a successfully completed study of electrical engineering, communications technology, security technology or a comparable technical qualification. You have several years of experience in the planning, realization or project management of security systems and have ideally already accompanied projects in the KRITIS environment or in highly available infrastructures. You have a sound knowledge of at least one of the areas of intrusion alarm systems, fire alarm systems, access control systems or video surveillance and know the relevant standards and guidelines. You have experience in managing project teams, after-contractors and suppliers and convince by a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working. You have a well-founded knowledge in project management as well as in appointment, cost and quality management and are sure to deal with the VOB/B and follow-up management. You convince by a pronounced communication and coordination capability, entrepreneurial thinking and a high customer orientation. You are sure to use MS Office and common project management tools – ideally MS Project. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing and could ideally gain experience in international project environments.
