In your role, you will be responsible for sales, customer support and project management for the service of our extinguishing systems. With your view to new business opportunities, you will be able to identify and attract service projects for new and existing customers and thus actively contribute to business development. At the same time, you will coordinate and organize the processes within the projects to ensure a frictionless service. Its wide range of tasks also includes the creation of tailor-made offers for spare parts and wear parts as well as their active tracking up to the final order processing. Finally, as a specialist technical contact partner, you are always on the side of our key customers and serve them throughout the entire service process.
