In our health education group in the SOS Children's Village of Lippe we offer 6 children and young people aged 8 to 11 from families with a burdensome background a home. Depending on the individual biographies, our educational goals are based on the development possibilities of each individual young person. Together with six other team-mates from different professions, you create a safe place of life with expertise and empathy, support and promote young people on the basis of a reliable relationship in their daily routine management and on their way of life. You create a reliable, structured and valuable environment for young people. Together with the young people, You implement individual education and assistance plans and document the course of development. You are actively involved in team meetings, case meetings and the conceptual development of the group. You implement child and care protection consistently and responsibly.

You have a completed training as a state-recognized educator*in or a completed study of social education or social work or a comparable discipline. You ideally bring professional experience in stationary youth assistance or work with young people. You use your professional skills to build a fostering environment for young people and are willing to adapt to the different needs of children. You bring a high degree of stability and reliability in handling children who are insecure. Children, adolescents and their system of origin meet with an honest and valuable attitude. You are reflected and act according to a positive error culture. You are open to close teamwork. Your handling of proximity and distance to the representatives is professional. You have a class B licence.
