As Manager Cleaning, you take responsibility for the holistic control of our cleaning area – professional, human and commercial. You make sure that our quality standards are lived visibly, processes work efficiently and the documentation is audit-proof at any time.

In your role, you guide and develop our cleaning teams, plan bets, services and holidays, and coordinate representations as well as special services. As a central contact for customers and employees, you are looking for binding, solution-oriented and reliable – and work closely with adjacent departments.

You care, control and develop the space book and document cleaning services, intervals and special tasks transparent and comprehensible. Based on the space book, you will create calculations, participate in budget planning and cost control, and prepare sound basis for adjustments and optimizations.

Together with the QA Manager, you will ensure our cleaning quality, continuously develop standards and processes and support audits, internal audits and desires.

Where necessary, you will be actively involved – for example in the transport of materials or in the day-to-day business – and keep in mind goals, costs and quality.

That's what you bring

A completed training in the commercial, technical or medical field – alternatively a training in medical assistance with corresponding further training. Ideally, you have completed a further education to the specialist or master in the cleaning sector.

You have relevant experience in personnel management or coordination and in organisational and administrative tasks; first contact points with facility services or cleaning are advantageous. You work structured and forward-looking, communicate clearly, move safely with numbers and MS Office and convince by enforcing ability, team orientation and sense of responsibility.

A pronounced hand-on mentality and the readiness for further training in the area of cleaning/hygiene complete your profile.
