In this responsible position, you actively shape staff work and are an important contact for employees, the works council and the factory management. Responsibility for operational and strategic personnel work at the site Leadership, motivation and further development of the HR team Advising specialists and executives in all personal and labour law issues Trustful cooperation with the works council Ensuring and developing professional HR processes Accompanying recruiting, personnel planning, personnel development and employee retention Support for personal economic topics in a production environment, in particular in connection with shift and weekend work Participation in change processes and the willingness to get to know and apply modern control instruments such as OKRs

Completed studies in human resources management, human resources, economic psychology, social sciences or administrative sciences or comparable qualifications As an alternative or in addition, a qualified further education in human resources, for example in the field of HR management or business management with a focus on personnel Multiannual experience in a leading role in personnel Practice in a manufacturing company or industrial environment, ideally with experience in the care and management of professional employees Knowledge of social security law and dealing with the peculiarities of shift and weekend work Sovereign appearance and experience in cooperation with management, executives and employee representatives Very good German knowledge and basic to good English knowledge
