For a well-known company in Gersthofen we are now looking for financial accounting (m/w/d).

Tasks, competences and responsibility

• Recording, checking and booking of all current business transactions
• regular voting of bank accounts, settlement accounts and open items
• Transmission of relevant data
• Control of bills
• preparation and assistance for the tax advisor
• Timely submission of sales tax forecasts as well as ZM and other reports
• Monitoring of open items
• Executing the dunning
• preparation and implementation of payments

Technical requirements

• completed commercial training with further training to the financial account holder or comparable training
• Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in a service company, desirable
• Secure handling of accounting software (e.g. DATEV, Lexware or comparable programs)
• Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel

• Self-employed, structured and reliable operation

• Responsibility
