We are looking for a building engineer (m/w/d) who works together with us and wants to work in the team and take responsibility.

Leadership of the Property Management team in line with the Bank's developed leadership culture Close, team-wide cooperation with the project development, central services and building technology teams Responsibility for the commercial and technical support of the bank's own real estate portfolio (industrial and commercial) Ensuring proper property management, taking into account the internal real estate strategy in terms of economic, legal and technological aspects Control and control of external service providers (e.g. house administrations, facility management, craftsmen) Budget planning, cost control and reporation to department and department management Participation in the optimization of internal procedures and structures in property management Contact person (m/w/d) for service providers, tenants, inves­tors and internal intersections Proactive and high-quality support for selected tenants Ensuring the maintenance, application and further development of standards in the real estate management software used Bank representation in the public

Completed commercial or property training or Study (e.g. as a real estate economy [m/w/d], real estate specialist [m/w/d] or farmer [m/w/d]) Multiannual professional experience in property management Knowledge of rental, contract and real estate law Multiannual experience in the management and development of employees Leadership with exemplary, close and professional skills and high social competence Structured, independent and solution-oriented working methods Safe handling of M365 and common real estate management systems Excellent personal impact, negotiation skills and excellent will to succeed
