Your tasks with us Modernizing process landscape: you analyze, optimise and document the cross-departmental business and process processes of our bank. Promoting future topics: You actively shape the digital transformation and accompany the introduction and further development of modern workspace solutions, future-oriented digital banking infrastructures and the use of AI. Managing interfaces: You are the central contact for IT service providers (e.g. Atruvia) and our internal specialist areas in implementing technical innovations. Digital Banking & Support: You are the first point of contact for our customers with all questions about electronic banking services – from online banking to payment solutions to modern payment terminals.

That's what you bring A well-founded commercial or IT-specific training (e.g. bank businessman/wife, IT system businessman/wife) or a corresponding study. Practical experience or a high affinity for process analysis, organizational structures and modern IT infrastructures. Enthusiasm for new work concepts and digital trends (such as AI support in everyday work). A structured, solution-oriented way of working, communication strength and real team player mentality. A classic bank training is not absolutely necessary. Your analytical gaze and your desire are crucial.
