Number: MER0003YKC The Mercedes-Benz plant Berlin is the oldest producing plant in the field of conventional engine technology. The transformation of the Berlin site is a symbol of the change in the automotive industry. Electrification and digitization are the core pillars of our corporate strategy. With the expansion of Berlin to the Competence Center for Digitalization and the award of production volumes in the field of e-mobility, we can successfully secure the future of our Berlin traditional location. The Mercedes-Benz Digital Factory Campus (DFC) plays an important role in our global production network. The DFC develops state-of-the-art MO360 software and qualified employees in the field of digitalization. When customer needs and market conditions change, the skills of our employees must also change. This is exactly where our Digital Factory campus begins. We are the training and qualification turntable for all topics relating to digital, electrical and production. By retraining our operating team, we strengthen the digital competence and Mind Set at Mercedes-Benz Operations. The ''Digital Basics'' (PP/DPF) team is responsible for research and funding projects and the development of digital skills for implementing technical innovations. The aim is to develop digital solutions for our MO (Mercedes-Benz Operations) plants. These challenges come to you, among other things: Developing training concepts for our employees
