Project Manager I&C Technology / Building Automation (m/w/d)

In your role as project manager, you are looking for construction projects in the technical building equipment with the focus on MSR / building automation. You are responsible for the planning and coordination of maintenance and renewal work at our plants and participates in the implementation of the fire protection retrofitting in underground stations. With your expertise, you take over the construction and cost monitoring and commissioning of these measures. In team work, you support your college in troubleshooting and plant optimization of ventilation / MSR systems. As part of your task, you are also for the management incl. Troubleshooting in the MSR area / field level as well as ensuring operator responsibility.

Your basis is a completed engineering studies of building technology with a focus on building machines / MSR technology or a comparable qualification. In addition, you already have expertise in relevant standards, regulations and guidelines. Furthermore, you have already been able to gain experience in MSR technology and have basic knowledge in the plants heating, ventilation and sanitation. You're safe to use Windows Office programs. Ideally, you have already completed a handicraft training in advance and can gain first knowledge in tendering programs such as ARRIBA and SAP. Personally, you score with team skills, self-employment, goal-sustainability as well as an analytical way of thinking and organisational skills. A class B driver's license as well as the motivation to participate in the standby service after the incorporation complete your profile.
