Tasks

• Coordination and safeguarding of maintenance measures (inspections, maintenance, regular tours, small repairs, etc.) in coordination with the responsible facility manager
• Implementation of small electrical work

Profile

• Completed electrotechnical training (e.g. as an electronics company for building and infrastructure systems, electronics company for energy and building technology, electricians)
• Technical and cross-structural understanding and craftsmanship
• Multiannual professional experience
• Commitment and independent work
• Self-safe appearance and team-oriented working
• A Class B driving licence (old 3) completes your profile
